Enhanced Map
Enhanced Map rebuilds three parts of GTA V's interface in the new style: the map page of the pause menu, the instructional button bar below it, and the radar in the corner of the screen.
It is drawn by the game itself โ no NUI, no browser layer, no HTML overlay.
Features
Pause map
- A location list grouped into categories you define in
config.lua, with a coloured accent bar, the blip icon and a checkbox per entry - Live search โ click the field and type; the list and the blips on the map filter together
- Show / hide per entry via the checkbox or the
Tkey - Scrollbar, category headers, and grouped entries (several locations under one name share
a row with
1/4and arrows) - Barlow Condensed throughout, crisp at any resolution
Radar
- Round, top right, with ring, tick marks and a rotating compass
- Heading, zone, street and crossing names, and the distance to your waypoint
- Animated show / hide (default key
Z) - The waypoint route stays the game's own, clipped to the disc and recoloured
Map image
- A drawn atlas map instead of the game's vector map, in a light and a dark palette, for both the pause map and the radar
- Switchable at runtime, without a reconnect
Requirements
- FiveM Legacy server (developed and verified against build 3751)
- No framework required โ the resource is standalone and does not touch ESX, QBCore or any inventory
- Clients reconnect after install or update โ see Installation
What is configurable
config.lua is the only file that is not escrow-protected. It holds the start palette and
your locations โ see Configuration. Everything else is
driven from the outside through exports and commands.
